Where can I park?
Parking is always free and convenient right outside our hangar. We also have space for long-term parking to ensure your vehicle is safe while you're gone.
We believe that your journey doesn't end when you walk off our aircraft. We'll always do our best to ensure your ride home or to your next destination is ready.
What if I don't want to drive to the airport?
Enjoy complimentary home pick up and drop off service in our fully loaded Tesla Model X, so that your journey with AirSask 20/20 begins in the comfort of your own home.
What can I bring?
Our aircraft is adequately equipped with plenty of storage, depending on the trip and the number of passengers. We ask that each checked bag weighs up to 23 kg (50 lbs.). If heavier, please split that into multiple bags. Additional storage is located inside the cabin for any extras, like dress bags, you might want to bring on board with you.
E-Bikes and small vehicles powered by lithium batteries in excess of 160Wh, or other vehicles with batteries of lower Wh ratings that cannot be appropriately secured, aren't able to be transported. Examples of such equipment are air wheels, solo wheels, hoverboards, Segways, balance wheels, e-bikes or similar.

Can I bring my pet?
We prefer to call them family. Family and friends are always welcome at Airsask 20/20 so bring the furry ones along as well.
We always appreciate some prior notice so that we can ensure a safe and customized journey for you and your family member.
How early do I arrive?
When you travel with Airsask 20/20, the aircraft belongs to you. You can arrive anytime prior to departure. We do highly suggest that you leave yourself at least 15 minutes or more to arrive and fully enjoy our executive lounge by grabbing a light snack and beverage for the journey.
Is catering provided on-board?
When you travel on our aircraft, you will have the benefit of enjoying your own refreshment centre where snacks, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary.
Don't have time to eat before you go? That's perfectly fine. Let us know before the trip and we can make sure that your choice of meal is ready on-board the aircraft to ensure you arrive at your destination fully rested and nourished.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know that plans can change at the last minute and that is part of the convenience of travelling with us. Let us know and we will happily reschedule all of your travel plans.
